If during your ride the board stops and the controller's blue light is flashing,
followed by a red flashing light and accompanied by vibration, it means the
b o a rd ' s b att e r y i s l o w a n d n e e d s t o b e re c h a rg e d .
If during your ride the board stops and the controller's green light is flashing,
followed by a red flashing light and accompanied by vibration, it means the
c o n t ro l l e r ' s b att e r y i s l o w a n d n e e d s t o b e re c h a rg e d .
If during your ride the board stops and the controller's blue light is flashing
o n e t o f o u r t i m e s , f o l l o w e d b y o n e y e l l o w f l a s h a n d i s a c c o m p a n i e d b y
vibration, it means the board's ECU has overheated. Let it cool down for ten
m i n u t e s a n d re t r y. I f a f t e r t h i s t h e b o a rd s t o p s a g a i n , p l e a s e c o n t a c t t h e
E - G O 2 c u s t o m e r s e r v i c e .

vibration, this indicates a motor malfunction. Please check if the motor plugs
are tightly is well connected to the lead of the battery compartment. If after
t h i s t h e b o a rd stops again, please contact the E-GO2 customer service.
