When MGCP protocol is used, some system requires adding “[]” outside the

register port:
The local UDP port registered with server to accept incoming
handshaking messages. The default port number for MGCP protocol is 2427. The default
port number for SIP protocol is 5060. For H.323 or Net2phone, any number between
1024 and 65535 is acceptable.
