Escalation 1: select the user to escalate to if the selected user doesn’t respond in 30min
Escalation 2: select the user to escalate to if escalation 1 user doesn’t respond in 30min
*In order to setup escalation 1 or 2 the user must have a cell phone number setup in YZ Connect
Keeping an alarm from escalating:
When the user receives a text message, they can respond with the code given in the text so that it
doesn’t escalate to the next person.
Forcing an alarm to escalate:
When the user receives a text message, they can respond with E followed by the code (for example
E123456) to force it to escalate to the next user.
