SUMMARY OF OPTIONS
This section lists the different options that are available in the various menus.

The System Setup Tab

Sets the IP address of the Z3-MVE-100R. Note
that a “save” of these settings and a reboot is
needed for changes to this value to take effect.
Local Netmask

Sets the netmask of the Z3-MVE-100R. Note that
a “save” of these settings and a reboot is needed
for changes to this value to take effect.
Default Gateway

Sets the network gateway to use for the Z3-MVE-
100R. Note that a “save” of these settings and
reboot is needed for changes to take effect.
Use DHCP

Sets whether DHCP is used the next time the Z3-
MVE-100R is booted up. Note that, since the
board needs to be rebooted, this value should be
written to a configuration before rebooting
occurs. See the section on DHCP configuration on
page 24 for details.
DNS Server IP 1
a.b.c.d (8.8.8.8)
Specifies the primary DNS server to be used for
hostname lookup when in static IP mode. When
in DHCP mode, DNS information is acquired from
the DHCP server.
DNS Server IP 2
e.f.g.h (8.8.4.4)
Specifies the secondary DNS server to be used for
hostname lookup when in static IP mode. When
in DHCP mode, DNS information is acquired from
the DHCP server.
Set Device Name
Sets the name for the Z3-MVE-100R.
Set Password
Sets a password. See “Using the Password
Feature” on page 44.
