Should your product become defective during the warranty period, Zadro
Products, Inc.™ will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) your product, at
no charge. However, you are responsible for properly packing your product and
any applicable shipping charges to Zadro Products, Inc.
Please contact our Customer Service at 800-468-4348 or email
customerservice@zadroinc.com on how to obtain an RMA (return authorization
number). Please have available and/or include a copy of your receipt, model
number (found above the barcode on the packaging) and the issue you are
experiencing with your product.
Any product returned for preference is subject to a 20% restocking fee of the
product and no shipping charges will be refunded.
Zadro Products, Inc.™ shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential
damages arising out of defects in this product, whether or not caused by its
negligence.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary
from state to state.
