How to use
• Before using this product, carefully read the "Precautions for use - Be sure to read this" section. Then follow the steps provided to ensure the
product is correctly used.
1.
Fill the ice bag 3/4 full with ice. Adding some water to the bag will help it conform to the shape of your body.
Approximately
up to 3/4
* Putting ice that has sharp edges into the ice
bag may damage the inner coating of the bag,
causing water to leak out of the bag. Crush
ice or add some water to smoothen any sharp
edges before putting it into the bag.
2.
Let as much air out as possible before screwing the cap on tightly.
3.
Apply the ice bag to the desired area.
4.
You may apply bandages over the ice bag to create compression and hold the bag in place.
* If you use bandages to hold the ice bag in place, do not wrap
the bandages excessively tight. Doing so may cause circulatory
problems or frostbite.
