7 PROBLEMS
7.1
THE PELLETS DO NOT IGNITE
In the event of failed ignition, the alarm message “AL5 FAILED
IGNITION” is displayed.
Press the key (4) to restore standard conditions.

7.2
POWER FAILURE (BLACK-OUT)
In the event of a power failure, upon restoration, the stove en-
ters in "FINAL CLEANING" mode and waits for the flue gas tem-
perature to drop to a value preset by the manufacturer.

After a power failure, the stove will try to go back
to the prior condition. Only if power remains cut
for longer than the time set by the manufacturer,
the product will switch off automatically when power is
restored.
