off before placing foods inside oven. This
function activates the rear heating unit and
the fan distributes the heat produced. This
combination allows for a fast and even
cooking of several different foods placed on
the diverse levels of the oven.
Convetional grill cooking

temperature.
Selecting this function the top central heating
element turns on and heat is distributed
directly on food surface.
Apart from grilling, this function is ideal to
add a golden roast to your recipes or to toast
bread slices.
The grill function automatically activates the
spit if present.
When you use the grill, do not forget to place
the drip pan beneath it to collect any sauce
dripping, as suggested in the “Useful cooking
tips” section.
