Do not operate the headlamp in high temperature, hazardous or explosive
environments.

Do not subject the headlamp to strong impacts.
•
Do not disassemble or modify the headlamp as it contains protective
devices which, if damaged, may cause the battery to heat or ignite.
•
Do not leave the headlamp in direct sunlight or hot spaces for extended
periods.
•
Never short circuit, reverse polarity, disassemble, damage or heat the
battery packs over 100°C. If an exploded Li-ion battery does ignite, it will
burn more violently if it comes into contact with water or moisture. Never
put water on a burning Li-ion battery only use a fire extinguisher.
•
This headlamp is rain and splash proof only but not submersible. If the light
gets submersed in water, immediately dry the headlamp and do not use for
a few days. Water damage is usually irreparable.
Operation:
Press the side rubber button switch multiple times to toggle between lighting
modes.
There are 2 types of LED which provide different beam shapes of light.
Round XPE LED 150 Lumens is a focused beam whereas the Rectangle COB
LED 200 Lumens is a wide beam. Press the button for either the Top or Bottom
LED to be turned ON.
Dimmer function: Hold in button to adjust brightness lower for LED that is ON.
A unique
dimmer function
allows the light intensity to be adjusted from high to
about 10 Lumens. This gives the user flexibility to choose the most suitable light
for a specific task, such as very low light for reading. The dimmer also allows the
battery operating time to be extended from 3.5 hours on brightest to 30 hours on
lowest setting.
Beam angle
can be adjusted 100° by tilting headlamp upwards or downwards.
Detachable
for use as Worklight: Unclip the light from the headband bracket to
us it as a worklight. There is a
magnet
on the side of the light for mounting on
metallic surfaces.
