Juice of one orange
100g brown sugar
2 slices spiced bread
500g red fruits (strawberry, raspberry. Blackcurants)
1 vanilla pod
2 cinnamon sticks
1 star anise
2 cloves
Rinse all fruits and remove stalks. Split vanillain in two
and take out the seeds. Pour 25 cl of water and orange
juice into soupmaker bowl. Add spices: vanilla (seeds and
pod), cinnamon, star anise, cloves and sugar. Switch soup
maker to “Het” and boil for 5 minutes. Pour 400g fruits
into mixture. (Retain 100 g fresh fruits). Cook on “Wärme
” for 5 minutes. Pour soup into a jug and refrigerate for 1
hour. Just before serving, remove spices, distribute soup
in glasses and decorate with fresh fruits. Cut spiced bread
into sticks or fingers and serve with fruit soup. Enjoy this
recipe warm, and water can be replaced by a light red
wine.
Banana coconut milk shake
Preparation: 10 min
Cooking: no cooking
3 bananas
50 cl coconut sorbet
Juice of one lime
1 glass crushed ice
3 tbsp grated coconut
Peel bananas and slice coarsely. Drizzle lime juice on top.
Tip coconut sorbet into bowl of soup maker and add a
glass of crushed ice. Blend on 2 for 1 minute. Add banana
pieces and lime juice, until mixture becomes frothy. Divide
into 4 glasses and taste. Decorate with grated coconut.
