8.3 Casing
Inspect the unit casing at least once every 2 years.

Open the maintenance access doors.
Perform the following checks:

Check the seals for damage;
�
Check the inside and outside for
dirt and damage;
�
Check that the door hinges/clamps
function properly;
�
Check the duct connections for dirt
and damage.
Treat any signs of corrosion and other
damage directly and appropriately.
8.4 Heat exchanger
Inspect the heat exchanger once every 2 years.

Open the fan maintenance access
door.
Perform the following checks:
�
Contamination of plate exchanger;
�
Damage to plate exchanger;
�
Check the filters too if the plate
exchanger is badly contaminated.
Resolve any noted problems..
�
Clean the fins against the airflow
direction with warm tap water
no more than 40°C or using
compressed air of no more than 6
bar.
Do not use a high-pressure
hose, aggressive cleaning
agents or solvents to clean
the heat exchanger.
�
Use a fin comb to restore the fins.
