How to use
IONIC TECHNOLOGY
The hairdryer is equipped with a built-in generator which
produces negatively-charged ions, which increase moisture
absorption by hair, so hair is not dried up during a hair-do
modeling and looks soft and shiny. The ionization function
switches on automatically while switching on the hair dryer,
and light indication
(10)
shows that the ionizer is working.
THE COLD SHOT FUNCTION
This model is equipped with a cold shot button which is used
to set style. To use the cold shot function press and hold
the cold button
(5)
. To return to the normal operation mode
release the cold button
(5)
.
HAIR CARE
For best results wash hair and dry with a towel to remove
excess moisture before styling.
QUICK BLOW DRYING
Set the heat intensity level to high/medium
(6)
and the airflow
speed
(7)
and dry hair. Remove excess moisture from hair
with hand or brush and continue to blow dry while moving
hair dryer constantly.
STRAIGHTENING
Set the heat intensity level to high/medium
(6)
and dry hair.
When hair is almost dry attach the concentrator
(1)
to the
end of the nozzle (to minimize hair tangling) and lower the
heat intensity level
(6)
and airflow speed
(7)
. Divide hair into
sections and layers. Use a round or paddle brush to run
down the length of the hair slowly straightening each hair
strand. Repeat with all layers of hair.
NATURALLY CURLY HAIR
Set the heat intensity level to low/medium
(6)
and the airflow
speed
(7)
. Twirl strands of hair around your fingers, turn them
in the direction of the natural curl and dry directing the airflow
between fingers. After receiving the desired result press the
cold shot button
(5)
to set the style. To add volume blow dry
hair with your head turned upside down.
LIFTING AND ADDING VOLUME
Set the heat intensity level to high/medium
(6)
and the
airflow speed
(7)
. Dry hair at the roots starting from the back
of your head. Divide hair into strands and while blow drying
use a brush or your fingers to keep the natural style of your
hair. This will lift the hair at the roots and add volume to your
hair style.
STYLING HAIR
Set the heat intensity level to medium or low
(6)
and attach
the concentrator
(1)
to the end of the nozzle for precise
results. Divide hair into strands and style using a round
brush. While styling, direct the airflow at hair in the desired
direction. While styling hair into waves direct the airflow at
each hair strand for 2-5 seconds.
Cleaning and maintenance
The hair dryer is intended for household use only.
●
Always switch off the hair dryer and unplug the
●
appliance.
We recommend to take off the air inlet grill
●
(3)
every once
in a while in order to clean it and to clean the filternet
underneath the air inlet grill.
Set the switch
●
(7)
to “0” position and disconnect the
hairdryer.
Remove the air inlet grating
●
(3)
by turning it anticlockwise.
Clean the grating with a brush and clean the screen filter
(4)
below the grating
(3)
.
Set the screen filter to its place by setting the air inlet
●
grating
(3)
and turning it clockwise.
The housing can be wiped with a damp cloth, however it
●
needs to be wiped dry afterwards.
STORAGE
When not in use, unplug the appliance.
●
After use allow the hair dryer to cool and store out of
●
reach of children in a dry and cool place.
Never wrap the cord
●
(9)
around the appliance, as this
will cause the cord to wear prematurely and break.
Handle the cord carefully to ensure its long efficiency.
Avoid jerking, twisting or straining it especially while
unplugging. If the cord becomes twisted due to use,
periodically straighten it.
The hair dryer is equipped with a hang loop
●
(8)
for your
convenience. The appliance can be stored on the hang
loop providing that the hair dryer will not have any contact
with water in that position.
