2.  DISASSEMBLY OF MIXER PARTS 

The  disassembly  should  be  carried  out  on  a  table  covered  with  clean  felt  or  other  soft 

material, taking care not to scratch the parts made of plastic. 

2.1  Disassembly of the drive type 481.0000 (Fig. 1) 



  Using a screwdriver, remove the three screws

 securing together the halves of the mixer 

housing  (after  removing  the  screws  both  halves  are  held  together  only  by  snap  fasteners 
located in the lower portion of the housing). 



  Place the mixer on the table, with the right housing

 facing downwards. 



  Holding down with one hand the right housing with the attached power cord

, remove the left 

housing

 (taking care not  to perform this operation in a reverse order, as this might  cause 

damage to the internal wiring due to the motor dropping out!). 



  Remove the pusher

 and the slider

 from the right housing

  Slide the switch cpl.

 off the guide, disconnect its wire connections to the motor stator and 

unsolder the internal power lead. 



  Take out the motor, removing the rubber shock absorbers

 from it.  



  From the motor bearing disc remove the two screws

 securing the threaded end

  Slide the special joint

 off the housing guide, pulling up the power cord

 simultaneously. 



  Unsolder the discharge resistor

, take the capacitor wires out of the special joint grooves.  



  Unsolder all the wires of the special joint. Disconnect the connection of the special joint

 to 

the motor stator. 

2.2  Disassembly of the stand with bowl type 481.1000 (Fig. 3) 



  Press the catch pusher

 and pull back the base articulated

together with the “head”.  



  Pull out the spatula

, and then remove the bowl

 from the stand base

  Remove the grip knob

 from the hole in the protrusion of the upper part

  By means of a screwdriver, release the base articulated

together with the “head” from the 

two arms of the base

. 



  Turn around the stand and by means of a screwdriver squeeze the two elastic catches in the 

pusher  and  push  out  the  catch  pusher

  together  with  the  spring

.    Remove  the  five 

supports

 from the base. 



  By  turning  the  gear  wheel

  set  the 

“head”  in  such  a  position  that  the  two  holes  for  the 

screws securing the head plate

 to the upper part

 are exposed.  



  Remove the four screws

. Turn around the whole  unit and remove the upper part

take 

out the gear wheel

, and then the gear wheel

  Set the head plate

 in such a position relative to the base articulated

 that the base catches 

are  aligned  with  the base  articulated  openings  and  disconnect  both  parts. Pull  out  the  gear 
wheel
