Gring in the brushes:
c)
place the abrasive paper on the commutator circumference and
grind in the brushes by turning the rotor in both directions. Use
abrasive paper no. 600 or 800.
d)
run the motor with the supply voltage 60 V for 1h and with 110 V for
2h.
15.2.Shorting or break in rotor

commutator sections.
Proceed as in sections 2.3 and 2.2.
