Do not mix the ingredients by hand while
the appliance is in operation. Bowl and
attachments are designed so as to ensure
thorough mixing with no need for additional
mixing. Stirring the ingredients in the bowl
once or twice after turning off the mixer should
be sufficient.
Planetary food mixer cannot achieve high
rotating speed under heavy loads. This is
normal.
When preparing yeast dough, do not exceed
speed setting of 3, as it may damage the
appliance.
Tips and mixing techniques
●
In order to determine the appropriate mixing time in
a recipe, watch the dough and mix only until it reaches
the desired appearance specified in the recipe, for
example. smooth and creamy.
●
Always add ingredients as close to the sides of the bowl
as possible, and not directly onto the moving attachment.
●
When adding nuts, raisins or candied fruits, follow
individual recipes in terms of quantity. The basic principle
is that the solid ingredients should be added at the end
of mixing at the speed of 1. The batter should be thick
enough so that fruits or nuts did not drop to the bottom
of the baking tray during baking. Sticky fruits should be
coated with flour for better distribution in the batter.
●
Mixtures containing large quantities of liquid ingredients
must be mixed at lower speeds to avoid splashing. Increase
the mixing speed only when the mixture has thickened.
Cleaning and maintenance the planetary food

a dishwashing liquid, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
