Safety instructions
This hair dryer is equipped with an overheating protection
device which turns off the appliance when the temperature
of the outflow air is too hot or when the air inlet is partly
blocked. If the hair dryer switches off during operation please
switch off all buttons and allow to cool. The protection device
will then automatically reset. Before using check if air inlet
and outlet is not blocked. If necessary unplug the appliance
and clean the openings. While using the appliance do not
block the openings and do not allow hair to get inside the
hair dryer.

The technical parameters are indicated on the rating label.
ZELMER hair dryer fulfills the requirements of the existing
norms.
The hair dryers are produced in II insulation class, they don’t
need grounding
.
Noise level: 72 dB/A.
This device complies with Commission Regulation (EC)
no. 1275/2008 on eco-design requirements.
The appliance is in conformity with the requirements of the
directives:

Never leave working hair dryer unattended Risk of fire.
●
Make sure that input and output holes are never
blocked.

Never place hair dryer, plug or supplying cord in
water. Never place the hand hair dryer down in a way,
in which it could fall to water when working.
●
Do not place and store the appliance in places where it
can fall to water or be splashed.
●
Never try to remove dust or other objects from inside of
hair dryer using sharp objects (i.e. comb).
●
Never block the inlet and outlet of air, and do not place
hair dryer on soft surface such as bed or sofa, where
the air intake hole can be blocked. The appliance is
not intended to be used with external time switches or
separate system of remote control.
●
Keep the supply cord far away from hot surfaces.
●
Before putting hair dryer away allow it to cool down.
●
Do not unplug by pulling the power supply cord but by
pulling the plug itself.
●
Do not turn the power supply cord around hair dryer
(risk of cord damaging)
●
Never cover hair dryer as it can lead to accumulation
of heat inside it.
●
Do not use not recommended caps.

Hair dryer should be used exclusively to dry hair.

Hair dryer is to be used exclusively for domestic
purposes.
●
If hair dryer is made available to a different person,
please provide the person with this instruction
manuals. As for hair dryers whose life time has
expired, they are to be disposed of in accordance with
valid environment protection regulations according to
Waste Management Statute. Disposal of hair dryers
with domestic waste is not allowed. Please consult
your local waste management authority.

Always unplug hair dryer after use.
●
Use hair dryer according to its intended use only as
stipulated in the present instruction.
CAUTION: In order to ensure additional protection it
is recommended to equip electric circuit supplying
the bathroom with a residual current device (RCD)
with a residual current not exceeding 30 mA. In this
respect a specialized electrician is to be addressed.
