Filtering failure

The device has a filtering failure if the filtering of the water lasts too long and fails to stop..

The four temperature symbols of the display interface flash.

Solution :

Unplug, then reconnect the power cord. Make sure the filtering failure is no longer reported. Perform the desca

Overheating alarm

The unit overheats if the  heating element works in the absence of water, or if the temperature exceeds

the level of safety. The hot  water symbol for herbal teas (80 degrees Celsius - 88 degrees Fahrenheit)

flashes. The device can then distribute   only water at room temperature but no hot water.

Solution :

Contact customer service.
