TELEPHONE FUNCTIONS

  1.  You are in music playback mode and somebody dials your smartphone. The status light starts 

flashing green during the call.

  2.  To answer the call, press the Phone key.
  3.  To reject the call, press and hold the Phone key.
  4.  During the call, you can increase or decrease the volume at any time by pressing the Next/

Back button.

  5.  To hold the call, press and hold the Phone key.
  6.  If you want to resume the call, press and hold the Phone key again.
  7.  End the call by short pressing the Phone key.
  8.  The ZE-HP50BT headphones use an integrated microphone for the dialing function.
  9.  Press and hold the Telephone key during music playback to invoke redialing. The last contact 

you have called before is selected.

MONITOR FUNCTION

  1.  You can press the monitor key at any time to mute the music playback or the conversation on 

the phone, listening to the environment via built-in microphone.

USAGE OF THE AUDIO INPUT JACK

  1.  As an alternative to the Bluetooth signal transmission you can also use the supplied cable 

harness or the aircraft adapter.

  2.  The Next, Back and Play/Pause/Phone buttons on the headphones are not working during 

“wired” operation with the normal cable.

  3.  The jack cable has its own integrated microphone to supporting the telephone function. 
  4.  The button on the jack cable is used to accept, reject and hang up calls.
  5.  The +/- slider of the aircraft adapter is designed to alter the playback volume level.

CHARGING OF THE HEADPHONES

  1.  Once the headphone batteries have reached a low charge level, this operating state is shown 

by the no longer illuminated power indicator. In addition, the headphones warn the user by 

lowering the playback volume.

  2.  To preserve lithium-ion battery life-span, always turn off the headphones with the OFF/ON 

switch while recharging is in progress.

  3.  Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the charging socket on the left earcup of the 

headphones. The power indicator will light up red to indicate the headphones are charging.

  4.  Once the red power indicator goes off, your headphones are fully charged.

SPARE PART ITEM N-ZEHP50BT-EC

ZENEC offers its customers the opportunity to purchase replacement ear pads for the ZE-HP50BT. 

The spare part item contains a pair of pads (2 pcs). When replacing, carefully remove the old ear 

cushion and install the new one in the groove provided.

STATUTORY RIGHTS AND WARRANTY

Dear customer,
Please read the warranty specifications below carefully.

Should your ZENEC product require warranty service, please return it to the retailer from whom

it was purchased or the distributor of your country. Do not send any product to ZENEC directly.

 

This ZENEC product is protected against defective materials and/or improper workmanship by a 

factory warranty, for the period of two years from date of purchase at retail, to the original buyer.

 

For warranty work to be carried out, an RMA number must be generated, which requires a valid 

product serial number and the original sales slip. You can find the applicable serial number of your 

product on the last page of this manual. Please make a photo copy of the serial number and submit 

it with the sales slip and warranty claim.

Guarantee Restrictions
This warranty does not cover any damage due to:

  1.   Defects caused by exposure of product to humidity, water and organic fluids, prolonged

    exposure to sun rays or excessive dirt or dust.

  2.   Mechanical defects caused by accidents, fall or impact.

  3.   Unauthorized repair attempts and modifications of product not explicitly authorized by the 

manufacturer.

 

This warranty is limited to the repair or the replacement of the defective product at the manufacturer‘s 

option and does not include any other form of damage, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise. 

The warranty does not cover any transport costs or damages caused by transport or shipment of the 

product. Any additional or further claims and requirements for compensation of auxiliary components 

that have been damaged in sequence, directly or indirectly, are strictly excluded.
