Command Line Parameters
There are ECU options that can be enabled by starting the ECU
from the command line with the appropriate switch listed below.
To enable an option, insert the ECU diskette in drive A and type
A:SD
at the MS-DOS prompt, followed by one of these command
line parameters:
/A
Advanced/Dealer mode. Displays advanced menu selections.
You can also enter this mode by pressing CTRL + A at the
Welcome screen.
/B
BIOS video output. Uses the BIOS video support (interrupt
10H) routines for all video output. Use this parameter on
systems with nonstandard video displays and when you
have redirected the console to one of the onboard serial ports.
/F
Automatic configuration mode. Configures the system by
auto-adding EISA add-in boards and using valid flash
memory for the configuration information. If the flash
memory is invalid, the SYSTEM.SCI file will be used to
obtain the configuration information.
/H
High resolution display. Sets the display mode to 43 lines for
an EGA add-in video controller board or to 50 lines for a
VGA board. The default is 25 lines for all add-in video
controller boards.
/K
Keyboard only. The system will not support a mouse, even
when one is present. The default is to support a mouse if a
mouse driver is detected.
