2) Reset the A/C unit (IDU).
3) If wired control is available, check if it reports any error.
4) If internal communication error is still active, contact technical support.
Errors in the A/C machine:
“
[AC] A/C Unit Error: Active Error
”: 1-Bit object which indicate that there
is an error in the A/C unit.
“
[AC] A/C Unit Error: Error Code
”: 14-Byte object that supplies the error
code.
In case the A/C unit reports an error, th
e former object will be sent with value of “1”, while
the latter will report the corresponding error code. Once the error is over, both binary and
14-
byte objects will send a value of “0”. Please, refer to the user manual of the A/C unit
for details about the error codes.
