Your hearing aids have four hearing programs. To go from one
program to the next, use a flat hand to firmly and rapidly double
tap over your ear canal. The switch responds to the pressure
created when you tap, not the touch of your hand.
Your hearing aids will let you know when you’ve changed
programs. With every double tap, your hearing aids will say,
“Program 1”, “Program 2”, “Program 3” or “Program 4”. It will
progress through all 4 programs and then repeat from the begin-
ning. If you don’t hear the program number, wait a second and
then try again.
Remember, your hearing aids should make sounds and speech
crisper, but not louder.
