Loss & damage:
Zepp Clarity Pixie offers a one-time
(1x) replacement for each Zepp Clarity hearing system
("two hearing aids and one charging case") that is lost
or damaged during the warranty period, for a fee
(stated and updated at clarity.zepp.com). Devices
damaged from improper use or care will not be
replaced.
