11.5 CE marking
The marking below represents the manufacturer’s
guarantee that the lift is designed and supplied in ac-
cordance with the requirements stipulated in the EC
Machinery Directive. This is the customer’s guaran-
tee of high quality and safety.

11.6 Danger area
A “danger area” decal warns about the danger
zone between the platform and the rear edge of the
vehicle. The decal must be attached to the inside of
the vehicle body, close to where the manual control
device is installed.
11.7 Warning tape
The warning tape is ideally attached along the plat-
form’s edges to indicate the edges of the platform
in the lowered position. The location of the warning
tape often coincides with the contour marking, in
which case the warning tape can be omitted.

Warning flags
Attach warning flags as close as possible to the top
and edge of the platform, where there is no risk of
them coming loose when the platform is lowered to
the ground. Swage the tracks together to secure the
warning flags in place.
