TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
SOLUTION
When being plugged in, the Zepter
Radio Induction Cooker does not
beep, and the power indicator is
not on.
• Make sure the plug is inserted properly.
• Make sure the cookware is placed in the
centre of the induction board.
• Make sure the wall socket is functioning.
The warning beep sounds
continuously and the cooker stops
after 15 seconds.
• Check whether the cookware is suitable for
induction cooking.
• Check whether the cookware is placed in the
centre of the ceramic plate.
• Check whether the diameter of the cookware is
greater than 8 cm.
The heat suddenly stops during
operation.
• Check whether the surrounding air temperature
is too high.
• Check whether the ventilation holes are blocked.
• When the set temperature is reached,
the machine will switch to Keep Warm mode.
• The protection device may be in operation;
please wait for about 10 minutes and check
again.
Cannot adjust temperature when in
operation.
• Make sure that the base of the cookware is
even and that it is not caving in at the centre.
INFORMATION FOR USERS
In accordance with European Directives 2002/95/EC, 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC on the
restriction of the use of dangerous substances in electric and electronic equipment, as well as their waste
disposal, the barred symbol of the rubbish bin shown on the equipment indicates that, at the end of its
useful life, the product must be collected separately from other waste.
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste; use separate collection facilities.
Any products that have reached the end of their useful life must be given to waste disposal centres
specialising in the separate collection of electrical and electronic waste, or given back to the retailer at the
time of purchasing new similar equipment, on a one for one basis. Ensuring such equipment is recycled,
treated and disposed of in an environmentally compatible way helps prevent the potentially negative
consequences for the environment and human health that could otherwise be caused by inappropriate
waste disposal, and optimises the recycling and reuse of components making up the apparatus.
