Place the old thermistor alongside the new one.
Transpose the mark made in the previous step
from the old thermistor wire onto the new one.
Apply thermal heat transfer paste to the metallic
end of the thermistor as shown.
This paste is available from Jaycar (p/n NM-2012)
Insert the new thermistor into the hole in the
fridge cabinet.
Continue to insert the thermistor wire until the
mark made in the previous step lines up with the
body of the fridge.
Secure the thermistor wire in place with the “P”-
clip, screw and sealing compound.
Install the new thermistor wire into the fridge
using the same path as the old wire. Secure the
thermistor wire main wiring loom using cable ties.
Reassemble front cover as per section

fastened away from sharp, moving
or hot surfaces.
