Assembly requires 2 persons. All screw holes to be pre-drilled.
Tools required: Hammer, Corded / Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit / Screwdriver,
3mm Drill Bit, Adjustable Spanner, 17mm Socket & Ratchet.
Rose Round Picnic Table is now complete.
1.
Position Seat Bars (A1) onto 2no. Seat Assemblies (B) as shown in Fig 1a, align
bolt holes and insert 130mm bolts (Fig 1b). Attach 30mm washers, spring
washers and nuts. Do not fully tighten at this stage. Repeat process using Seat
Bars A2 and remaining Seat Assemblies.

Position Leg (C) as shown in Fig 2a, align bolt holes and insert 2no 90 mm bolts
& attach 30mm washers, spring washers and nuts (Fig 2b). Do not fully tighten at
this stage.
Repeat process for the remaining 7 legs.

Position Leg Brace (D) on to Seat Bars (as shown in fig 3a), and fix in position
using 2no 70mm screws. Attach Legs to Leg Brace with 2no 70mm screws. See
Fig 3b. Repeat for remaining Leg Braces.
4.
Turn Assemblies over and interlock Seat Bars A1 and A2 as shown in Fig 4a &
4b.

Insert Table-Top Support (E), align bolt holes and insert 2no 130mm bolts (Fig 5a
& 5b). Attach Nut Cover Base (Fig 5c), 20mm washers and nuts. Do not fully
tighten at this stage. Repeat for remaining 3no Table-Top Supports.
6.
Carefully locate Table-Top (F) on to Table-Top Supports, align bolt holes and
insert 4no 130mm bolts (Fig 6a & 6b). Attach Nut Cover Base, 20mm washers
and nuts as previously.
7.
ALL
nuts to be fully tightened at this stage and caps to be fitted to Nut Cover
Bases.
