Assembly requires 2 persons. All screw holes to be pre-drilled.
Tools required: Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit/Screwdriver, 3mm Drill Bit,
13mm Spanner.
Rustic Arch is now complete.
1.
Align Roof Panels A to form an apex (Fig.1a)
and attach using 2no M8 Bolts, Nuts
and Washers (Fig.1b).
2.
Position Side Panel B as shown in Fig.2.
3.
Connect Side Panel B to Roof Panel A using 2no Diagonal Bracings C (Fig.3)
using 4no 100mm Screws
– 2no per bracing.
Repeat stages 2 & 3 for remaining Side Panel B and Bracings C.
