Check that the network connection between the IPC and the NVR is stable.
3.
The resolution set for the IPC is lower than 1920 x 1080.
The NVR is disconnected from the LAN when PPPoE is enabled.

: When the PPPoE is enabled, a new default route is created, and communication to other
network segment on the LAN is disconnected because the default route has been changed, which
means that the network connection between the IPC (in a different network segment as the NVR)
is lost. So in this case, you need to add a route on the page as shown below.
