The
DUNE
features a system that blocks the flow of sand when the sandblasting control is
released, thus optimising consumption. This device also maintains the pressure inside the
cylinder and so improves equipment response times when the sandblasting control is activated.
The vent valve (on the cylinder lids) is used to release pressure when the equipment is off and
so allows the lid itself to be opened.
