YEPIECES
1. Loosen the two thumbscrews that
hold the 1.25’’ adapter in the fo-
cuser.
2. Slide adapter out of focuser.
3. Remove covers from 2’’ format
eyepiece.
4. Slide chrome end of eyepiece into
focuser.
5. Tighten thumbscrews to hold eye-
piece in place.
6. View through eyepiece and focus as
needed.
7. Loosen the thumbscrews.
8. Remove the eyepiece from the
holder.
9. Replace covers on eyepiece for stor-
age.

Zhumell Dobsonian Telescopes feature a high-quality Crayford focuser which
allows the viewer to achieve a rough focus quickly by pushing or pulling the
focus tube and fine focusing of the image using the focus knobs.
1. Insert an eyepiece into the
eyepiece holder.
2. View through eyepiece while
focusing.
3. Loosen both thumbscrews (be-
low focus knobs) on focuser.
4. Push or pull focuser gently
until image becomes as clear as
possible.
5. Tighten the thumbscrew that is
furthest from the optical tube
(outer).
6. Adjust rack-and-pinion knob to
improve focus.
7. Tighten the thumbscrew near-
est to the optical tube (inner),
to lock in place.
