Once you have an RMA number, follow these steps to return your product to Ziatech:
1. Contact Ziatech for pricing if the warranty has expired.
2. Supply a purchase order number for invoicing the repair if the warranty has expired.
3. Pack the board in anti-static material and ship in a sturdy cardboard box with
enough packing material to adequately cushion it.
Note:
Any product returned to Ziatech improperly packed will immediately void the
warranty for that particular product!
4. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
