ing”.

The heat, ash and residue produced by the combustion of the fi re wood makes
regular cleaning and maintenance by both the end user as well as an authorized
technician necessary. Periodically carefully cleaning the stove is important for safe-
ty, effi cient operation and -in the same time- increasing the life time of the stove.
Do not use steel wool, hydrogen chloride or other corrosive, aggressive or scratch-
ing products to clean neither the internal nor the external surface of the stove.
Especially after a prolonged shutdown period the stove and the chimney system
must be checked for any blockages.
