Power Management Setup
The BIOS Setup options described in this section are selected by choosing Power
Management Setup from the BIOS Setup main
menu.
ACPI function
This item allows you to enable/disable the Advanced Configuration and Power
Management (ACPI).
The choice: Enabled, Disabled.

This category allows you to select the type (or degree) of power saving and is
directly related to the following modes:
1. HDD Power Down
2. Doze Mode
3. Suspend Mode
4. Standby Mode

When resources are controlled manually, assign each system
interrupt as one of the following types, depending on the type of
device using the interrupt:
Legacy ISA Devices compliant with the original PC AT bus speci
fication, requiring a specific interrupt (such as IRQ4 for serial port
1). PCI/ISA PnP Devices compliant with the Plug and Play stan
dard whether designed for PCI or ISA bus architecture.
