Overcurrent messages may appear in some cases during tuning journeys. The corresponding journey
is then interrupted by the ZAdyn4CA HY. In this situation, the ZAdyn4CA HY tries to correct the motor
characteristic for the coming journey. In such a case continue the tuning process as usual after the
fault message of the ZAdyn4CA HY with the journey to the bottom
fl
oor. As soon as 5 journeys in a
row have been interrupted with overcurrent, the tuning process should be interrupted. The version of
the ZAdyn4CA HY must be checked.

Optimization of parameter values to improve travel characteristics
If travel comfort is not satisfactory after performing the tuning function, it can still be improved by the
manual adjustment of parameters.

Travelling in the inspection run
In most systems, the cabin can already be moved with the default standard values in the ZAdyn4CA
HY. After activating the inspection button, it can take up to 4 seconds for the cabin to start to move.
However, if no movement occurs:

Check whether the pump runs forward (see the chapter "Pump drive wiring")
•
Check the motor data
•
Increase the parameter
Start-up/HY_O_A
by approx. 500 and start a new travel attempt. Repeat
this until a movement occurs.

If the speed driven is too high, reduce the parameter

by approx. 200

Reset ZAdyn4CA HY to delivery state
Set the parameter
Statistics/Reset=99
. The ZAdyn4CA HY restarts presetting itself with the factory-
set standard parameters. All previously set values are reset! This process lasts for approx. 1 minute.
