Replace the oil after the first 50 hours of running of the compressor, let off the old oil
through the drain bolt to and then fill the reservoir with new oil up to the maximum level
(middle of oil viewing glass). After this the oil has to be replaced every 500 operating hours.
To do this, use Zionair ADL100 Compressor oil only.

Clean the air filter (see image on the right) after every 50
operating hours by means compressed air, if the compressor
is in a dusty environment this should be done more often. If
the filter element is seriously polluted, this should be
replaced with a new filter element.

When there is not enough tension on the belt, one needs to adjust the tension as follows.
• Loosen the 4 bolts holding the electric motor a little so that the electric motor can move.
• Now move the electric motor away from the engine through the slots to tighten the belt
and then tighten the bolts, with which the electric motor is held in place. Then check the belt
tension and the angle of the belt to the engine and the electric motor.
