MAINTENANCE OF THE ZIP LOADER PLUS UNIT
The Zip Loader Plus Manager software allows you to handle any abnormal situations which may
arise during normal unit operation.
Any problems which may arise are indicated by the software in the progress bar.
If the message OK appears, it means that no operating malfunctions have occurred:
If instead the message "Log" appears, it means that problems have occurred:
Any abnormalities which may arise are stored in text files and memorized in the directory
Programs\Ade/ZLPManager/Log.
The format for the name of the file is as follows:
yy_mm_dd_ERRORTYPE.txt
where yy_mm_dd is the date when the file was created. The date is shown in the following format:
yy:
last two digits of the year
mm: month
dd: day
Pressing the “Log” key will automatically open the Log files which were previously memorized
during the current work session.
The following types of errors are memorized:
1. Errors in reception of data from the unit;
2. Errors due to management by user.
8.1 ERRORS IN RECEPTION OF DATA FROM THE UNIT
This type of error is memorized in the files of the type:
yy_mm_dd_Transactions.txt
where yy_mm_dd is the date when the file was created.
It contains transactions (sales or revaluations deducted from the wage packet), which have not
been inserted in the database of the Zip Loader Plus Manager software.
A sale is memorized in the file in a line with the fields separated by a marker “|”, as shown in the
following example:

Starting from the left, this is the meaning of the various fields:

Type of sale: this may have the following values:

: sale made with reward points

g
: sale made with free sale key

b
: sale made with bonus
