i. Disconnect and re-connect to the unit.
ii. Check the conditions of the cables used to connect the PC to the unit.
iii. If the problem persists, contact technical service.
2. DB Status
: represents the status of the databases memorized in the Zip Loader Plus unit.

memorized in the Zip Loader Plus unit.

: Represents the status of the database where the users are memorized
in the Zip Loader Plus unit

The indicator may have three levels:

3. Memory Recovery
: This function allows you to force a complete reading of the contents of
the memory of the Zip Loader Plus unit. Use this function only if a serious system
malfunction has occurred. Contact technical support first.
If by chance you inadvertently press the "Start" key and then you confirm the operation,
you will not cause any damage to the system or its database
.
A log file will be generated which contains errors of the type “
Events already stored in Database
”
and “
ZLP Data Error
”
which can be disregarded.

The system can store up to 200 revaluations with a 32K RAM and can store up to 3,200 revaluations with
the optional 512K RAM. This number of revaluations which can be memorized in the RAM may be even less,
if the ZLP is used for sales as well.
In this latter case, 200 and 3,200 are the total transactions (wage packet revalu sales) the system
can store.
The number of users that can be memorized in the Zip Loader Plus is:
300 : if standard 32KB RAM is used
8,500: if optional 512 KB RAM is used
