A.
Mounting the wheel axle and wheels:
Slide
the wheel axle into the two holes on the frame
and attach the wheels to it. Secure the wheels
with a cotter pin and attach wheel caps.
B.
Expanding the wedge ram:
Remove the R-pins
(1).
Keeping the support stand against the
wedge, lower both control handles to expand
wedge ram (2). Insert the R-pins to secure the
cylinder to the splitter (3). Secure the R pins with
the cotter pin into the spring tabs (4).
N O T I C E
For this process, it is necessary to have
the log splitter ready for operation.
Hydraulic oil filled, motor connected to
main supply.

Removing the
support
stand:
Release both
control handles to retract the wedge ram. Remove
the support stand.
