OPERATION
Device to be operated in a perfect state only. Inspect the device visually every time it is to be used.
Check in particular the safety equipment, electrical controls, electric cables and screwed connection
for damage and if tightened properly. Replace any damaged parts before operating the device.

Operation instructions
W A R N I N G
Perform all machine settings with the machine being disconnected
from the power supply!
H I N W E I S
Place the machine next to the woodworking machine in a way that it will not
interfere with your work!
Start to work with the woodworking machine only until the dust collector has
reached full speed!
15.2
Connection of dust collector to machine
Dust collector plug:
Ø 100mm
Ensure dust collector tubes to be composed of hardly inflammable material and antistatic.
The total distance between dust collector and dust collector plug of the machine shall not exceed 10
meters.

Switch unit
Press (I): turn on
Press (0): turn off

Switching on
Check that extractor hose is attached firmly to the adapter of both vacuum extractor and
woodworking machine.
Check if chip container is tightened well.
Start the dust collector by pressing the green "I".
Now you can start the woodworking machine.

Switching off
Switch off the woodworking machine
Switch off the dust collector by pressing ,,0".
15.6
Emptying the chip container
The chip container shall be controlled on a regularly basis and emptied if necessary. Empty chip
container when it is approximately 2/3 full.
Attention: Disconnect from power supply!
Release tightening strap
Take the chip container and dispose the content meeting environmental standards.
Fix the empty chip container onto the holding device and re-fix it.
