OPERATION
Please check the product contents immediately after receipt for any eventual transport damage or
missing parts. Claims from transport damage or missing parts must be placed immediately after
initial machine receipt and unpacking before putting the machine into operation. Please understand
that later claims cannot be accepted anymore.
N O T I C E
The batteries are not fully charged on delivery. Prior to initial operation, charge the batteries fully. See user
manual of the
battery charger.

Operation instructions
Device to be operated in a perfect state only. Inspect the device visually every time it is to be used.
Check in particular the safety equipment, electrical controls, electric cables and screwed connection
for damage and if tightened properly. Replace any damaged parts before operating the device.
W A R N I N G
Unplug battery and safety switch (if equipped) before all maintenance and
settings and cleanings!
Insert the safety switch only when using the machine.
Never remove the battery while the machine is running.
Beware of nesting birds in the hedge. Do not cut the hedge until birds have
fledged or do not cut this part of the hedge.
If the power tool is damaged or vibrates unusually, it must be repaired by a
service centre before it is used again.
14.2
Operation
Assembling and adjusting the shoulder belt:
Open retaining hook and hook onto the fastening
eye on the housing.
Adjust the shoulder belt to your height.
Adjust the shaft length:
For high or low cutting the shaft length can be varied
up to 34 cm.
Loosen the threaded sleeve on the shaft coupling

Extend the lower shaft until the ideal handle length
is reached (

Tighten the threaded sleeve (
