Check the V-belt tension:
Use thumb pressure to check the flexibility of
the V-belt.
If this is within approx. 10-15mm no action is
necessary. If the flexibility is higher, the V-belt
must be retightened (V-belt tensioning) or
replaced.
Tensioning
•
Loosen the four screws (4) that fix the motor.
•
Push the motor in direction (+), to increase
the V-belt tension.
•
Retighten the four screws (4).
•
Check V-belt tension.
•
If the belt tension is correct, reinstall the V-
belt cover (1) and fix it with the screws (2, 3).
Otherwise readjust the belt tension.
Change
•
Loosen the four screws (4).
•
Push the motor in direction (-), to decrease
the V-belt tension.
•
Pull the old V-belts from the pulley and re-
place with new ones.
•
Tension the V-belts.
•
Check the V-belt tension.
•
If the belt tension is correct, reinstall the V-
belt cover (1) and fix it with the screws (2, 3).
Otherwise readjust the belt tension.
NOTICES:
Always change both V-belts at the
same time, never replace a single belt!

Storage
Store the machine in a dry, frost-proof and lockable place when not in use. Make sure that unauthorised
persons and especially children do not have access to the machine.
N OTICE
Improper storage can damage and destroy important components. Only store packed or
already unpacked parts under the intended ambient conditions!
