16.2.1
Maintenance plan
The type and degree of machine wear depends to a large extent on the operating conditions. The
following intervals apply when the machine is used within the technical limits:

16.2.2
Assembly / change saw blade
CAU TION
Risk of injury! Wear protective
gloves when changing the saw
blade.
•
Loosen the three star screws (1) and remove
the saw blade guard (2).
•
Loosen the nut (6) with an open-end wrench
and remove it.
NOTICE:
Attention left-hand thread! The nut
is loosened by turning it counter clockwise.
•
Remove the outer flange (5) and the old saw
blade (4) from the shaft. The mounting
flange (3) remains on the shaft.
•
Put a new saw blade (4) onto the shaft.
NOTICE:
Pay attention to the rotation direc-
tion of the saw blade.
•
Reassemble the outer flange (5) and retight-
en the nut (6).
•
Reinstall the saw blade guard (2) using the
star screws (1).
