OPERATION
Secure the working environment before you start working.
Do not put the machine into operation before having read and understood the operation and
security guidelines as well as having performed all necessary checks and actions before first
operation.
Proper preparation and consistency of the concrete are essential for a good working.
Transport of the machine onto the concrete to be processed: Mount the transport bar into the
bar holder at the front side of the machine. Minimum two persons lift the machine onto the
concrete surface. Attention! The machine is heavy. Be sure to proper lifting technique to
avoid injuries.
Main switch ON
Fuel cock open
Choker left
Cable pull starter
Let the machine run in idle
run for 5 Minutes – then
Choke back
Adjust rotor blades
Shut off
•
Adjust rotors to even 0° position
•
Bring gas lever in position idle run position . Let the machine run for 1-2 minutes
•
Shut the machine off with main switch. NOW you close fuel cock lever
Starting with warm motor
•
Main switch ON
•
Open fuel cock
•
No choke when starting.
