TROUBLESHOOTING

balance under the base of the

Remove the object that upsets
the balance.
The bases have not be assembled
correctly.

Level the caps on the rear base.
Caps on the base have not been
installed and levelled correctly.
Assembly the rear base correctly.
Level the caps on the rear base.
The saddle or handlebar sway
Bolts and knobs of the saddle
post or handlebar post have not
been tightened.
Tighten the bolts and knob of the
saddle or handlebar post.
Noise during use
Incorrectly tightened elements.
Contact the
manufacturer’s
service.
Slight humming noise may be heard during operation due to the
inertial movement of the flywheel caused by the nature of the
structure. It does not affect the operation of the device. Any possible
humming noises heard when rotating the pedals backwards occur for
technical reasons and have no negative consequences.
