INSTALLATION / FIRST START-UP
- The leakage current is 20 mA AC; however, it can also be higher at the starting torque.
- Provide a suitable alternative protective measure.
- Permissible residual-current circuit breakers, Type A or B (30 mA).
- The use of residual-current circuit breakers, Type AC, is prohibited!
The release via a residual-current circuit breaker at the first start-up is generally a fault of the
power connection, not of the device.
FIRST START-UP
- Visual inspection of the device.
- Connect the equipment to the PC.
- Open the front plate.
- Switch on the power supply by operating the main switch on the right side of the base plate.
- Insert the model holder with the fixed tooth model into the rotation axis (XY-axis).
- Position the model’s centre at the laser beam (laser is fixed on the right side panel).
Attention, do not look directly into the laser beam (laser class 1)
- Start the scan process in the software.
- By means of the mirror, the projector will project the structured light on the object.
- All cameras record the target and transfer the digital pictures to the PC.
- After every taken picture, the object will be automatically repositioned for a new record.
- The scan functions are controlled and documented by the PC operator software.
