Align the frame with the drilled holes. Then, insert the bolts accordingly and fix them with a wrench.  
Finally, insert the washer and nut, tighten it with a wrench.

Put the mainframe box on the frame, after connect the power cable, Ethernet and Tether Cable, fix up 
with M12 screws.
