While pushing (controlling) the machine, you should pay attention to whether the laser matches the
actual terrain. If it doesn't match, stop and wait a while, and then go on when the laser matches the
actual terrain. As shown in the following figure:

Do not move the robot after the robot reaches the end point. Just observe whether the map is clean and
has no ghosting and matches the actual terrain. If there is no obvious misalignment, you can click
FINISH
.
If there is any misalignment, please wait for a while. The algorithm will be corrected. Consider rebuilding
the map if the correction is not successful after 10 minutes.
Notice
:
Select a place with obvious feature points and clean terrain as the starting point and ending point, and
slowly turn around in place at the beginning to scan the surrounding environment clearly.
While pushing or controlling the robot, walk slowly, and always observe whether the laser matches the
terrain. If there is a mismatch, you need to stop and wait for the laser to match the current terrain.
After the robot reaches the endpoint, observe whether the map is clean and has no ghosting, and
matches the actual terrain. If there is no obvious misalignment, you can click
FINISH
. If there is any
misalignment, please wait for a while, and the algorithm will correct it.
Map Construction with QR Code:
QR code map construction requires pasting the QR code in advance.
1.
Location QR code deployment requirements:
1)
The ceiling is parallel to the ground and does not reflect light.
2)
The ceiling is flat, preferably painted with paint or latex paint, and has a flat metal surface, which
does not support materials with insufficient viscosity.
3)
There should be no large obstructions on the road above the robot, so that the machine cannot see
the QR code on the road.
4)
The height from the ceiling to the camera is between 1m to 5m.
5)
Try to stick the QR code in the middle of the road, do not get close to the obstacles.
