4.
Do not operate the system if the Shell/Cable/Transmission belt is broken.
5.
Only the professional technician can open the shell and inner parts.
6.
Do not modify or change any safety settings.
7.
No living thing shall be allowed to pass through the X-Ray Inspection system.
8.
Do not dip any part of the body into the tunnel when the system is running.
9.
Shut down the system immediately if any liquid flows into the system.
10.
Make sure all the circuit connections and ground connections are proper.
Radiation Protection
To ensure the safety of the operator and users, we have outlined a set of radiation
protection measures that includes:
1.
Only when the Generator works on a high voltage, the machine will emit X-Ray.
So, the machine will not emit any radiation on transportation or normal usage.
2.
Lead Boards are installed around the machine; Lead films are installed at the
entry and exit to prevent X-Ray from leaking into the environment.
3.
The machine has an effective ground connection which prevents electric shocks
to the operator.
4.
Overload Preventer, Overcurrent Preventer and Current leakage Preventer are
mounted inside the machine.
5.
The machine also includes a safety-interlock; if it is switched off, the X-Ray
generator will not be activated.
