SECURING THE RANGE TOP
While the range top is stable enough to sit on top of a 3/4" (20mm) or thicker platform itself
while pushed flush against the wall, ZLINE recommends the following options to secure the
appliance and prevent tipping:
MOUNTING TO CABINET SHELF
Secure appropriate-sized screws or bolts to the cabinet shelf and slide them into the keyhole
slots (see Figure 1 for location) as the range top is pushed into place.

MOUNTING TO BACK WALL
Secure appropriate-sized screws through the holes behind the false exhaust opening to the
wall behind the range top (see Figures 2–3), ensuring screws are secured to a wall stud or
appropriate anchor depending on type of wall material behind the unit.
