If the
Auto Update
option is disabled and the firmware is up-to-date, the user sees a notification
saying that the latest firmware is installed.
If the firmware needs to be updated an
“Update Firmware” warning with an Update Firmware button
is displayed when you select an ZL-100 with an outdated, and maybe unsupported, firmware
version; you must update the firmware to continue managing the ZL-100.
To update the unsupported firmware version:
1.
Press the
Update Firmware
button on the

The first stage of the firmware update process begins.
3.
The ZL-100 reconnects to the server when the firmware becomes supportable.
4.
The application allows the user to access the ZL-100.
Note.
It may take time (up to 2 minutes) to reconnect to the server
How to Remove an ZL-100
If you have a fully operating ZL-100 connected to the Internet, you can remove it from your ZLINK
app. To do so follow these steps:
1. Click
on the
My ZLINKs
sidebar. The
Settings
page is displayed.
2. Click
Remove ZL-100
.
3. Click
Yes
when prompted to confirm, or
No
if you decide not to remove the ZL-100.
Note
: If your ZL-100 is no longer available, it is displayed as
Not Connected
.
1. To remove the unconnected ZL-100, click on its ZLINK web icon.
The Offline options page is displayed.
